course 3

Organisational change with hybrid intelligence

Rethinking how we work, collaborate and decide

When AI is no longer just a tool for individual tasks, what opportunities does it create for an organisation?

This course looks at the wider potential of collaboration between people and AI: from rethinking work processes and relying less on repetitive activities, to new opportunities for better decisions, innovation and growth.

Participants learn the concept of hybrid intelligence and the role of intelligent systems and teams in an organisation. The focus is on recognising opportunities for change, weighing the value and limits of different approaches, and understanding what responsible use requires from management.

The aim is a strategic view of the future of work, in which human experience, expertise and judgement work alongside the capabilities of AI.

After this course, participants can:

  • Identify transformative opportunities for AI beyond the use of individual tools.
  • Assess the potential of collaboration between people and intelligent systems in their organisation.
  • Decide more knowingly about the priorities, opportunities and requirements of AI-based change.
